NOFIs delegation visit to Tallinn takes place on December 5th – 6th 2023. We visit Glamox, a Norwegian industrial group that develops, manufactures, and distributes professional lighting solutions, for a wide variety of applications on land and at sea for the global market. After a presentation and discussions, we take part in a factory tour. Thereafter we visit the Norwegian Orkla Group that recently acquired the confectioner Kalev chocolates, being Estonia´s most beloved chocolates and sweets. We will learn about Orkla Eesti Kalev factory and the Orkla Foods' confectionery business. The Orkla Group operates in the branded consumer goods, financial investment sectors, materials and aluminum solutions as well.
We visit e-Estonia Briefing Centre to discuss e-residency and how to establish business in Estonia as a foreigner. We will hear about Estonia’s innovative environment, digitalisation in transportation, Smart City initiatives and other smart solutions implemented in Estonia. We will also learn about the business between Estonia and Norway and vast investments.
In the evening we are invited to the Norwegian Ambassador´s residence together with the Norwegian-Estonian Chamber of Commerce, NECC, for a Christmassy get together.
The participation fee of 120€ / NOFI member covers 1 hotel stay, lunch, dining, and attendance according to the program. AVECs are welcome (at NOFI price). Non-NOFI member fee: 180 € /person.
